"Lior is an absolutely amazing teacher and coach and I totally recommend him for martial arts or self-defense training and fitness from basic to super-advanced. I personally have trained with Lior for a few years now and he developed an absolutely tailor-made program for my own needs and goals. Every minute of the session is a challenge but fun and certainly with tangible and proven results. Lior has a ton of experience plus the academic knowledge to back that up as a certified coach plus physiotherapist and together with that he is passionate and cares so much about his students and their goals and his chosen profession. Thanks for everthing Lior."
