""The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindleded". Lior, a certified martial artist teacher and physiotherapist, lives and teaches by this concept, of inspiring never ending learning. Be it anatomy, fitness, lifestyle, or self defense oriented - the classes are always challenging yet supportive, demanding yet rewarding, and always full of new experiences. I have known Lior for 29 years, and learned in his classes for 4 years, so I am not writing from a narrow or shallow perspective when I tell you: you will regret nothing by trying a class with Lior, and you will gain so much."
